Patient Care Coordinator - ER - Overseas

About the Role

Join Job Bridge Global as a Patient Care Coordinator in the Emergency Room, where you'll enhance your nursing career while working overseas. This full-time role focuses on coordinating patient care, overseeing nursing activities, and ensuring quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Make rounds on patients to ensure care delivery aligns with care plans.
• Orchestrate patient flow and bed assignments during shifts.
• Assist with emergency situations and support staff in direct care.
• Ensure immediate response to patient and family concerns.
• Collaborate with Case Managers for resource management.
• Participate in quality reviews for clinical care.
• Provide clinical leadership and feedback to Associates.

Requirements

• Post-Graduate Certificate or Diploma in Nursing - RN.
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Nurse Practice Act and RN scope of practice.
• Ability to assess team skills and delegate tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with healthcare technology and care coordination.
