About the Role

Job Bridge Global is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to enhance patient care and satisfaction in international healthcare settings. This role involves collaborating with healthcare teams, managing patient flow, and ensuring effective communication throughout the treatment journey, providing a unique opportunity to grow professionally while experiencing diverse cultures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure care delivery aligns with individualized patient care plans.
• Orchestrate patient flow and bed assignments during shifts.
• Assist with emergencies and support staff in direct care.
• Respond promptly to patient and family concerns.
• Collaborate with Case Managers for resource management.
• Participate in quality reviews for clinical care.
• Provide clinical leadership and feedback to staff.

Requirements

• Post-Graduate Certificate or Diploma in Nursing - RN required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing - RN.
• 1-3 years of nursing experience, with a minimum of 2 years as an RN.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with care coordination and healthcare technology.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
