About the Role

This role plays a key part in shaping and delivering patient experience initiatives within the maternity department. You

will contribute to the development and implementation of projects and action plans designed to monitor, improve and

enhance the experience of women and families using maternity services. The post holder will coordinate and track

progress across all patient experience action plans, ensuring momentum is maintained and outcomes are clearly measured.

Using established BHT feedback tools, you will evaluate patient experience data and produce insightful reports for the

Women’s Directorate, supporting continuous learning and improvement. Close collaboration with Complaints, PALS, Patient

Responsibilities
