About the Role
The jobholder will provide highly specialised nursing advice specific to the patient group or speciality. The post
holder will be will be responsible for flow of patients into and out from the childrens hospital considering the care
needs of each individual child or young person and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care
Practising as an independent specialist clinical practitioner providing patient-centred and evidence-based clinical
care, within an agreed scope of competence and practice. The jobholder is responsible for the management of the flow of
children in and out of the childrens hospital. The job holder will contribute to the development of the speciality
