About the Role

JOB DESCRIPTION

The post holder will have responsibility, on a day-to-day basis for the effective and efficient utilisation of Bluestone

& Dorsy’s inpatient beds, to ensure optimum usage, providing regular updates on bed state and staffing. Under the

management of the Bed Capacity Network Coordinator, the post holder will provide regular updates on the Unit bed state

and coordinate staffing across the unit, to ensure patient safety, and maintain high quality of care. This primarily

involves being the bleep holder for the Unit. S/he will provide clear leadership and oversee the utilisation of all
