Care Coordinator Role / Patient Flow Coordinator

Band 3 - 37.5 Hours per week, Permanent

We are looking for a Ward Coordinator to join our team in patient flow. The successful candidate will have a

determination and a keen ability to help our patients and staff to maintain the adequate flow of patients to enable our

patients to be treated and discharged in a timely manner.

You will liaise with the medical and nursing teams to facilitate safe and appropriate patient discharges.
