About the Role
Key Responsibilities Welcoming patients and visitors, managing check-ins, and providing appointment information.
Answering phone calls and handling patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism. Scheduling and managing
appointments using our system. Processing prescription requests from patients and pharmacies. Handling patient queries
in person, over the phone, and via email. Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters,
with accuracy. Keeping the reception area tidy and ensuring smooth handovers for colleagues. Completing administrative
tasks such as patient registrations and updates. Whitehouse Surgery is a state-of-the-art, purpose-built Health Centre,
