About the Role
Key Responsibilities eConsult Management Monitor and process incoming eConsult submissions daily. Review eConsult
information to determine the appropriate clinician or service based on established protocols. Allocate eConsults to
relevant clinicians appointment lists in line with practice guidelines and capacity. Ensure urgent requests are
escalated promptly according to practice procedures. Maintain accurate documentation within the clinical system. Patient
Navigation & Signposting Contact patients where clarification is required. Advise patients on the most appropriate
service for their needs (e.g. GP, nurse practitioner, pharmacist, physiotherapist, mental health services, community
