About the Role
Were looking for a Receptionist (Patient Navigator) to join our welcoming administrative team at Whitehouse Surgery. The
successful candidate will ideally have prior experience within a GP practice, and will be a confident communicator with
a friendly and welcoming nature. Key Responsibilities Welcoming patients and visitors, managing check-ins, and providing
appointment information. Answering phone calls and handling patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
Scheduling and managing appointments using our system. Processing prescription requests from patients and pharmacies.
Handling patient queries in person, over the phone, and via email. Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence,
