About the Role
To work within the Vascular POD (Point of Delivery) to facilitate the smooth running of the patient journey by ensuring
that co-ordinated and streamlined administrative processes revolve around the patient and their individual needs.
Provide administrative support to clinical staff within the Surgical PODs including Consultants, Nurse Specialists and
Junior Doctors ensuring effective co-ordination of their diaries etc. This will include cancellation and re-instating of
clinics in line with planned and unplanned leave.
Support the clinical team, Service Unit Managers and Patient Access Team in ensuring the specialties are able to deliver
