Patient Pathway Manager
About the Role
Pathway Management Acting as the administrative lead for RTT and ensuring pathways meet Government Access Targets and
the Trusts Patient Access Policy Monitoring and validating patient pathways using systems such as Millennium, ARIA and
PPM Tracking and preventing potential breaches, working closely with waiting list and directorate staff Supporting
administrative colleagues with RTT queries and training Reviewing documentation to confirm RTT clock start/stop dates
Ensuring highquality data by validating appointments, treatment dates and TBS lists Providing regular RTT performance
updates to the Support Manager and wider team Management & Service Support Acting as the departments expert in
