About the Role

As a Patient Safety and Investigation Lead, you will be working both autonomously and in collaboration with the

corporate and divisional teams to lead system level patient safety incident investigations.

Work with divisional and corporate teams to identify areas for improvement from patient safety events in line with

relevant Trust learning response policies and procedures.

Be involved in continuously reviewing and improving various elements of the Trust's Patient Safety Incident Response

Framework policies and plan.
