About the Role
Patient Safety and Systems Manager
Band 8A, Fixed Term 6 months
We are currently recruiting a Patient Safety and Systems manager to providing leadership and expertise for the
management of patient safety team within our wider Quality team.
The post holder will provide Trust wide oversight, assuring the quality and effectiveness of all types of patient safety
incidents and investigations including engagement and the completion of Duty of Candour as part of the Trust’s Patient
Responsibilities
