About the Role

We are looking for a passionate individual to take on a role as a Patient Safety Office who is dedicated to driving

safe, effective and high quality care for the people who use our services, their families, carers and visitors. This is

a key role in supporting the delivery of the National Patient Safety Incident Response Framework.

The Patient Safety Officer role requires understanding an knowledge of patient safety within a healthcare setting. The

role requires close working with senior leaders within our Directorates across the Trust to support effective patient

safety.
