About the Role
The post holder will have responsibility in PCC for the implementation of the education, training and development
strategy across the CSU for all staff groups.
The post holder will ensure the facilitation of planned education and training programmes for our expanding team to
ensure a competent and confident nursing workforce, able to meet service needs. S/he will have responsibility to
contribute to the improvement of the quality of care through staff education, support and development. This will be
achieved by teaching and supporting colleagues, demonstration of effective leadership, role modelling and participation
