About the Role
Job Purpose To providehigh-quality, autonomous clinical care across the Primary Care Network (PCN), delivering safe,
effective assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of patients with undifferentiated and complex conditions. Key
responsibilities Clinical Care Independently assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients presenting
with undifferentiated and complex conditions. Undertake comprehensive history taking and physical examinations. Analyse
clinical findings and investigation results to develop differential diagnoses. Initiate appropriate treatment plans,
referrals or admissions as required. Prescribe medication as an Independent Non-Medical Prescriber in accordance with
