We are looking for a skilled Clinical Lead to manage our Community Nursing Team based in the Dover area.

Our Community Nursing Team’s provide interventions for housebound patients aged 18 and over delivering personalised

nursing care to those with complex and long-term conditions. Our aim is to enable our patients to stay at home and

prevent avoidable hospital admissions.
