PCN Healthcare Assistant

About the Role

The Healthcare Support Worker will provide high quality and compassionate care to patients. They will have the

understanding and ability to deliver delegated care under the direction of their supervisor, and support the

multidisciplinary team in the delivery of high quality care. The post holder will carry out well-defined routine duties

in accordance with the individual's care plan, promote independence and check on the individual's overall progress,

comfort and wellbeing.
