About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Band 7 PCN Lead Nurse to join our Community Nursing teams within the New
Romney and Tenterden Primary Care Network (PCN). This senior role provides leadership across two community nursing
teams, supporting high‑quality care for patients in their own homes and strengthening the partnership between community
