PCN Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Nurse Practitioner

About the Role

Provide same-day and routine clinics for undifferentiated presentations within scope and protocols, with GP support

where required. Provide clinical leadership to nursing/HCA teams within scope; support training, supervision and

protocol development. Accurate, contemporaneous record-keeping and contribution to safeguarding, and medicines

management governance. Work to local/national guidelines and support CQC always-ready standards across Safe, Effective,

Caring, Responsive and Well-led domains.
