About the Role

Responsibilities

- Support the practice team in medicines optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- Registered pharmacist with relevant clinical experience.
- Strong knowledge of medication management and optimization.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to conduct clinical audits and lead quality improvement.
- Experience in primary care settings preferred.
