About the Role
CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES: We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse with specialist skills in immunisation to join
our PCN nursing team. The post-holder will play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and evidence-based
immunisation and vaccination services across all our six sites in West Wirral. The post holder will also take a
proactive role in the patient counselling, education and engagement to increase confidence and participation in
immunisation programmes. Please note this role is a flexible post, that may compliment your existing part-time role. We
are looking for someone who has availability for 2-3 days per week, days can be scheduled around the needs of the
