About the Role
As a Mental Health Peer Support Worker (MH PSW) in our Yeovil STEP team, you will play a uniquely meaningful role, using
your own lived experience of mental health difficulties to support others at some of the most important moments in their
recovery. This is a role built on empathy, authenticity and mutuality - qualities that can only come from someone who
has truly "been there".
You will work alongside people who are experiencing mental health challenges, offering the kind of understanding,
