People Advisor

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced People (HR) Advisor to support our managers and teams across the organisation. This is a

hands-on role which includes travel to our projects across Bognor Regis and Fratton, to partner with our managers and

support in the early identification of People concerns, and the effective solutions.

This role will suit someone who is not phased by a busy working environment where two days are never the same. Our Head

Office, the base for the role, is situated at our beautiful Country Centre with free parking and on-site café and

nursery facilities.
