About the Role
An exciting opportunity has opened in the Corporate Performance and Planning Team for a Performance and Planning
Coordinator. The post holder will support the Trustwide and Planning and Performance Manager and the Associate Director
of Performance in the strategy execution, planning and performance management functions, dealing with a range of complex
directorates from Primary Care, CAMHS, SCYPS, Mental Health, Community Health, Forensic and corporate departments.
This is a key role developing, implementing and overseeing performance management across the Trust, working with the
Trustwide Planning and Performance Manager and Associate Director of Performance and Planning. The post holder will be
