Perinatal Clinical Nurse Specialist
About the Role

directly with complex, high-risk women, their infants and families who are at risk of or are experiencing severe and
complex perinatal mental health problems. To attend perinatal referral and clinical meetings to offer support and
participate in clinical decision making. To take a lead role in ensuring that a high standard of multi-disciplinary care
planning is in place and to be accountable for the nursing contribution to the process. To ensure that the nursing team
provide accurate and high-quality patient records. To maintain personal and professional development by providing direct
