About the Role

The post holder will be a practicing midwife who will lead and manage the PMRT (Perinatal Mortality Review Tool) review

processes for all eligible cases of intrauterine and neonatal deaths.

The post holder will be responsible for identifying applicable cases, coordinating and managing the reviews, share

learnings and implement changes to improve practice, in line with standards set by MBRRACE, NHS Resolution Clinical

Negligence Scheme for Trusts, and the National Bereavement Care Pathway.
