About the Role

Key Responsibilities: You will have lead responsibility for continually improving the quality and performance of the

service. The list below is not exhaustive but reflects the main duties of the post: To lead the service, in

collaboration with the Deputy Team Manager, Assistant Director, Consultant Psychiatrist, and Lead Clinicians to promote

a culture based on principles of recovery, choice and personalised care. To provide leadership for a large

multi-disciplinary team, including psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists, nursery nurses, STR workers and

social workers. To directly manage the Deputy Team Managers To ensure the service operates in line with agreed pathways,
