Job Title: Senior Dementia Trainer
Location: Across Nellsar Care Homes (Kent & surrounding areas) Hours: Full-time
Salary: Starting from £36,000 Per Year, to be discussed at interview stage
Reports To: Head of Learning & Development Travel: Regular travel required – car driver essential

with dementia across our family‑run group of care homes. In this vital role, you will lead, design, and deliver
