**Full time Advanced Nurse Practitioner urgently required for a Practice in the Yeovil area**

Dream Medical is working with a Practice in the Yeovil area who urgently require full time Advanced Nurse Practitioner

An opportunity as arisen for an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join a friendly, training practice. The ideal

candidate will be a prescriber with a passion for patient centred care and experience in managing an acute care setting,

minor illness and telephone triage. Duties include working within the Acute Care Team managing chronic diseases,

preferably Diabetes.
