**Full time Lead Nurse urgently required for a Practice / Somerset**
Dream Medical is working with a respected Practice in Somerset who urgently require full time Lead Nurse
An opportunity has arisen for a Lead Nurse to join a busy Practice based across two sites with a combined patient size
of just over 11,000. The ideal candidate will manage the nursing team which comprises of Practice Nurses, a HCA and a
Phlebotomist. You will provide support and mentor members of the team. You will be responsible for auditing, clinical
governance and infection prevention and control. You will take the lead on treatment of patients with long term
