About the Role

Dream Medical is seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse for a GP surgery in Weymouth. This part-time role offers 17 to 22 hours per week on a permanent basis, with potential for increased hours. Join a collaborative team of healthcare professionals and make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccinations and immunisations for all ages
• Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes and asthma
• Conduct cervical cytology and spirometry tests
• Provide family planning advice and services
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for patient care

Requirements

• Current knowledge of QOF and Enhanced Services
• Experience in chronic disease management
• Ability to handle undifferentiated health problems
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Up-to-date in baby immunisations and vaccinations
