About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
The post holder will be responsible for: Reviewing the needs of all service users in Nursing and Residnetial Care Home
facilities identified by the trust on a systematic basis to ensure the appropriateness of the service, at all times
seeking the views of service users, carers and the independent care providers where appropriate. The post holder will
work under the supervision of the Team Leader and will have access to professional nursing supervision and support. They
will be professionally accountable to the Lead Nurse for the Permanent Placement Team.
