About the Role

Carry out clinical care interventions daily for children and young people with healthcare needs in the special

school/nursery setting To understand their own scope of practice and limitations and refer appropriately as required. To

be competent and skilled in clinical competencies relevant to the children and young people health and welfare and

identified in their HCP/ EHC plan. Follow the SHC Services and PAN London Safeguarding Childrens Board procedures to

safeguard children. To be actively involved in SHC clinical governance processes including the clinical audit process
