About the Role

Job Summary The post holder will work collaboratively with other professionals involved in the care of children

including Childrens Therapists, Educational Staff, School Nursing and Social Services to support and empower children,

young people and their families, improve health and give every child the opportunity to develop their full potential.

Maintain accurate and contemporaneous manual and electronic records in all aspects of care provision to promote

continuity and partnership, in line with Sutton Health and Care policies and NMC Record Keeping Guidelines Ensures that
