About the Role

Randstad is seeking experienced Personal Advisors to join a dedicated Social Care team in Belfast. This role involves providing essential support to senior Social Workers and management, ensuring effective services for young adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical advice and support to young people.
• Mentor and advocate for young individuals as needed.
• Assess needs and contribute to care plans.
• Liaise with professionals to implement support plans.
• Maintain written records in accordance with policies.

Requirements

• 4 GCSEs at Grade A-C, including English.
• Minimum two years of experience with adolescents.
• Enhanced vetting and compliance checks required.
• Valid UK Driving licence is essential.
• Effective communication and caseload management skills.
