About the Role

We are looking for a personal care assistant to our client who is an 19-year-old woman with cerebral palsy, learning

disabilities and is a wheelchair user.

You will be supporting our client with going out in the community and helping her to take part in activities/hobbies.

These may be attending youth groups, swimming, ice skating, going shopping or out for lunch. The successful applicant

would also suggest some other fun activities. There will be some personal care involved in this role.

Our client has a mobility car so being a driver would be preferred but non-drivers will still be considered. As our
