About the Role

This is a full time remote role for a care assistant at Advanced Care Yorkshire.

In this role you will assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation and

mobility support.

You will provide compassionate care, ensuring their dignity and independence.

Maintaining clear and effective communication with clients, family members and other health care professionals

All training will be provided in house and also in the community
