About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated personal assistant to support a joyful 4-year-old boy with complex care needs, including Dandy Walker Syndrome and Ischaemic Brain Injury. The role involves assisting with care tasks, mobility support, and personal care, as well as facilitating sensory play and transportation to nursery.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily care tasks and personal hygiene
• Support mobility and transportation to nursery
• Facilitate sensory play activities
• Monitor and manage naso-gastric feeding
• Provide companionship and emotional support

Requirements

• Experience with children with complex care needs
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Caring attitude and good sense of humor
• Reliable, positive, and flexible approach
• Enhanced PVG check required
