About the Direct Payment Holder J is a happy and active 16 year old, with a love for Football, Formula One and Westling.

J enjoys playing on his Computer or Play Station or being outside.

J has a diagnosis of Koolen-de Vries Syndrome and a Learning Disability.

Hours and rate of pay hours £12.50 per hour, 3.5 hours to be utilised in one session, every two weeks.
