About the Direct Payment Holder Support for an easy going 19 year old who has a great sense humour and is a pleasure to

be around.

Z has a severe learning disability, genetic epilepsy (medication resistant) although daytime seizures are rare. Z also

has hypermobility affecting his joints, he wears leg splints and can walk short distances though does tire easily.
