Personal Assistant (PA)/Support Worker

About the Direct Payment Holder 7 year old young person with a diagnosis of Autism and is non-verbal.

U enjoys keeping active and engaged with trips to the park, going for walks and when at home, reading playing with

puzzles and fun in the garden.

Hours and rate of pay hours £12.50 per hours, 2 hours per week on a Saturday and additional hours to be used flexibly
