I am a young 40 year old active man with Downs syndrome, and looking for a PA to support me in my own home as part of a

team Tasks would include support at home and in the community.

I need help with daily tasks such as medication, support with household tasks, and food preparation. Outings to access

the community, to meals out, meeting friends, bowling, cinema, gym, concerts and theatre
