About the Direct Payment Holder We are looking for a team of support workers for a 29 year old man. J has diagnosis of
Autism, Learning Disability, mild Scoliosis, Pen Planus (flat feet) and hypermobility, he has limited verbal
communication but can usually make his needs known, he is generally happy but can display some behaviour challenges
similar to attention seeking behaviour. J lives with his family, he has lots of energy and enjoys being outside going
