Hazel is a bright, energetic 12-year-old girl who loves being active and spending time outdoors. She enjoys swimming,
cycling, listening to music, sensory activities, and socialising.
Hazel is looking for a caring and patient personal assistant who can support her to have fun, stay active, and take part
in the activities she enjoys most.
As Hazel’s Personal Care Assistant, you’ll provide one-to-one support both at home and out in the community. A typical
session might include a walk or playtime in the park, joining Hazel on a bike ride, or helping her enjoy a sensory
