About the Role

A Newly Available Part Time Role working alongside experienced team members to help provide support and care to a

cheerful 56-year-old man, who lives in his own home. He has mild learning difficulties, Cerebral Palsy (from birth) and

MS since 2012. MS has accelerated the deterioration of the various symptoms he had with the CP. For example, from being

quite active - 13 years ago he had just returned from yet another skiing holiday - he is now predominantly chair and bed

bound. And has just had hoists fitted for transferring him to and from bed, chairs, shower and wheelchairs. He is still

very social, has a great sense of humour and can be a lot of fun, but is inevitably frustrated by his current condition
