About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant for a young woman in the LS27 area. This role involves providing personal care, meal preparation, and support during outings. The ideal candidate will help build confidence and independence while being flexible and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and dressing
- Prepare meals and tidy living spaces
- Support during outings and appointments
- Drive a wheelchair-accessible vehicle
- Encourage independence and confidence
- Accommodate reasonable requests
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Compassionate and understanding demeanor
- Flexibility with hours, mainly weekdays
- Comfortable driving a wheelchair-accessible vehicle
- DBS check required before starting
Benefits
- £12.60 per hour on weekdays, £15.69 on weekends
