I am a 28-year-old man who lives with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) seeking a PA who can support me in living an

independent and ‘normal’ life whilst living at home, helping to reduce the anxieties, stress and frustrations that DMD

creates. I require support with daily tasks, personal care, domestic tasks, social/going out and general support.

I need help with personal care , including showering/washing, dressing, toileting, hoist transfers, and overnight
