I am a friendly young man who thrives on routine and structure. I find change difficult and can become distressed if
supported by unfamiliar people. Building a trusting, consistent relationship is essential, I would need to know in
advance who will be supporting me on specific days. I currently attend Mencap on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons, with
staff in the process of completing insulin administration training. Once fully trained, I hope to attend an additional
