Personal Care Assistant /Support Worker Ref: JMIT/LD/7-25

About the Role

Personal Care Assistant /Support Worker required to assist a young man with a Physical Disability, Learning Disability

and Epilepsy and a young woman with Autism, both living in the family home in Stonehouse.

You would be required to provide one to one care, supporting each person (they are brother and sister) individually at

separate times (5 hours per week each) to provide assistance in the community including participation in social

activities. Your duties would involve assisting with tasks such as:

Assisting with emergency medication
